During our month-long stay, we definitely got to see a lot of what Myrtle Beach had to offer...but there were still a couple of sights that we wanted to see that didn't get a chance to. Chief among those: Cirque Extreme and the Hollywood Wax Museum.
We continue our Road Trip in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This time, we hit a bit of Weird USA in the form of The Captain, an out-of-place, outdated mini golf statue along the side of the road.

While in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, we stop by the South Carolina Hall of Fame for a quick pic of Charles M. Duke Jr's moon boot impressions, inlaid in cement near the building.
To stand out among the crowd, several of the bargain stores that thrive in the Myrtle Beach area have taken to decorating their entrances with larger-than-life sharks. Also, we had to check out a "fish story" outside The Original Benjamin's seafood restaurant.
Our visit to Myrtle Beach includes a stop at the Carolina Opry, where we check out their famed Christmas special, "The Greatest Show in the South".
Our next stop in Myrtle Beach had to be Mt Atlanticus Minotaur Goff, one of the more than 50 mini golf courses along the Grand Strand. It's one of the reasons that Myrtle Beach has been nicknamed the Mini Golf Capital of the World, and provided a good couple hours of fun.
Our trip in Myrtle Beach continues with a stroll along the Boardwalk, which boasts the Skywheel, Pier 14, the Gay Dolphin and some great views.
Our Road Trip continues as we visit Ripley's Aquarium Myrtle Beach, where we check out all sorts of fun fishy things, including stingrays, eels, and even Nemo and Dory.
