Gettin’ a Pic of “Piknmera”
Our road trip continues to Spanish Fort, Alabama, where we snap a picture of “Piknmera”, dentist Barry Booth’s 16-foot-long ode to dentistry.
After leaving the “Junk Athletes”, we headed for Spanish Fort, Alabama. We were there for only one thing: a giant blue paper clip, supposedly stuck in the middle of the road. Instead, we found giant dental tools.
Apparently, this 16-foot long monument to dentistry is directly across the road from the giant blue paper clip, but we still somehow missed that completely. Maybe we were too focused on “Piknmera”, Barry Booth’s structure of a giant pik and mirror that sits outside his dentist office in Spanish Fort.
While we just snapped a picture while we drove by, this attraction is apparently so popular it’s got it’s own listing in google maps (“16-foot-long dentist tools”), so we have a feeling many people have posed for a quick picture beside this unique structure.
While we may not have seen the paperclip we were coming here for, Spanish Fort, Alabama had a few more surprises in store for us. Stick around to see what else we found here!
